My oh my, what a beautiful day this was! What started off as a rainy morning turned into the most gorgeous spring day with the freshest greens I’ve ever seen. From top to bottom, Katie + Logan’s day at Meadowlark 1939 was filled with gorgeous, picturesque details + true, raw emotion. I am so thrilled to have been a part of this stunning day.
Not much is better than capturing special moments for people you’ve loved for a long time. So of course I was honored when my lifelong bestie asked me to snap some photos or her + her fiancé to document this special season in their lives!
It was a chilly day in Georgia, but the feels were oh so warm + cozy between Ashley and Gatlin. I have the honor of shooting their upcoming wedding in November 2021, and it was SO fun getting to know them at their engagement shoot! Gatlin wasn’t so sure about having photos done, but by […]
Flash back to several weeks ago when I received an inquiry from a friend from high school. Drew was super excited to be helping plan her best friend’s surprise engagement. The plan was to head to the mountains for another friend’s “birthday weekend” at Lake Burton. But Drew knew Skyler had something else in mind […]
Cole and Natalie are two of the most down-to-earth and chill people I know. That’s why it’s no surprise that their wedding day was just the same. So relaxed, yet stunningly beautiful all at once.
It’s always super impressive to me to find a highschooler that’s so confident in his or her uniqueness, style, aura… and Faith has that confidence. She knows what she likes and isn’t afraid to boldly share it with others. That radiated during her session through her outfit choices, attitude, and vision for the shoot.
Carly + Tim have such a whirlwind romance of a story. He saw her picture in her brother’s facebook profile and thought, “dang… I’ve gotta get to know that girl.” Long story short, he got her number and laid it all out there in a text (that would be shown via slide show during their reception). I’d say it worked out pretty well, because they met and soon fell in love.
Look y’all, I know COVID ruined a lot of things… but these small, intimate weddings are one of its major victories if you ask me! Atlanta is one of my favorite places, and I grew up going to The Varsity on weekends when Georgia Tech would have home games. So this day definitely brought back memories!
I’m always down for a fun styled shoot. Add a backdrop, some fun props, and you’re good to go! I was so pumped when Taylor reached out to me about doing a 90s themed shoot with a nod to FRIENDS for her upcoming 25th birthday.
Honestly, this afternoon was plucked straight out of the movies. The beach was quiet, the winds were blowing, and the love was definitely tangible. Nicole + DK were vibing with one another the entire night, and you could tell they are so in love. After a quiet exchange of vows + portraits on the beach, the pair ended the night with a little pool party of their own… and let me tell ya, it was EPIC. Suggesting all newlyweds end their wedding days by taking a dip in the pool from now on. I mean, HOW COOL?!
